We also provide personal disinfecting spray bottles to members, and have redesigned our floor plan with well-spaced fitness equipment. The addition of our fantastic outdoor workout space adds another exciting dimension to our club. We offer plenty of cardio and strength equipment, free weights, and many other fitness props throughout to meet all of your needs!

Mirroring the NASM CPT self study course
Body Kinetics Academy will enhance your learning with twice weekly live stream classes and once a month Saturday workshops with experienced fitness professionals.
Learn through virtual interactive seminars, and Activity-Based applications in a fitness setting.
We teach the course in one of our actual health club locations so you will experience the teacher actively showing and explaining the exercises. We will thoroughly cover the NASM materials in preparation for your CPT exam and teach you how to apply your training to a variety of clients. In the end, you will have the knowledge, confidence and ability to begin your personal training career.
